Pelichat is a location-based chat platform that allows you to connect to the people near you. Pelichat allows you to anonymously share what's on your mind with those around you in self destructing chatrooms or GIF-enabled message boards known as Squawk boards. It's not who you are, it's where you are. By using Pelichat you are subject to the End User License Agreement (found on the home screen).
